Hands down the best massage and facial I've ever had, she took her time with every detail of the treatment, the room was so relaxing and being so remote there was no background noise. The value is amazing, I've paid the same for a half as good facial. I will 100% be returning and telling everyone I know to get themselves booked in!

I booked in with Tracey for an aromatherapy full body massage. The hot stones and reflexology were great and it was a thoroughly professional and enjoyable treatment. I look forward to booking back in.

Couldn’t have asked for a better 30th birthday present! From our initial meeting and throughout my treatment Tracey ensured I was comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend the dermaplaning, enzyme peel and LED light therapy mask at Elixir. I exfoliate and moisturise regularly however my skin has never looked SO fresh and glowing. A visit to Elixir every 6-8 weeks has now become part of my personal regime. I also highly recommend having reflexology with Tracey as not is it an amazingly, calming foot massage but it also helps to identify any significant issues within the body. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I had the pleasure of training Tracey in level 4 Fibroblast skin tightening in 2019. Tracey has a beautiful treatment room set in a picturesque and quiet setting. The ambiance is very relaxing and perfect for any type of treatment. There is plenty of free parking on site and access is easy. Tracey is a warm, and caring technician. You are made to feel very comfortable whilst in her care. The environment is spotless. Her attention to salon hygiene is immaculate and she operates to full industry practices so your health and hygiene is safe and very well catered for. Tracey is very client focused. She is interested and concerned about getting true and good results. She is methodical about cleanliness and high levels of hygiene. What I personally AND professionally feel is an integral element of being a good beauty technician is that the technician has the treatments herself-that he or she has a personal desire to achieve results from treatments. This means that Tracey would not offer a treatment she did not believe in and ones she would pay for herself. Her beauty therapy regimen is excellent, thus taking care of her own skin etc, she practises what she preaches-her skin and professional presentation are excellent. Therefore, you know she can get results for you. Therefore, anything on Tracey's treatment menu is valid, works and gets results. She is results driven, and this is the best type of therapist a client can get. She is honest about treatment efficacy and is not driven by money-but by client satisfaction and client retention. She wants her client s to be happy and to return. I have met many therapists in my 25 years experience, and Tracey is the therapist we all need in our lives as she is driven by the client need. I highly recommend.

Had my first ever Dermaplaning today. Absolutely hooked! My skin feels refreshed and so soft. Tracey is a fantastic therapist who is knowledgeable and professional. The salon itself is stunning and I felt totally calm and relaxed. Looking forward to my next session already. Highly recommend.
