Been coming to this practice for years receptionists and Cynthia have always been lovely. On my recent visit receptionist was unprofessional discussing her modelling career and her nasal problems on the phone. Therefore this held my appointment up as dentist then felt he needed to have a private word with her about behaviour. He wasn't much better I was treated like a child and he tried to sell me some dental implements that I could buy in the pound shop. Really hope these two aren't there when I have to return in six months

Cancelled my last 2 appointment and then chase me because I am late for my check up. Get told over the phone 12.30pm nor an appointment get a text 12.15 to say my child was late for her 3rd attempt of an appointment. Rang the dentist spoke to the receptionist and she went to speak with tge dentist who wouldn't see my 5 years old child (who was already on route via public transport) we was prepared to wait if she could slot her in as it was suspected abscess above a black damaged tooth that the dentist has chosen not to take out previous appointments. It's okay for your reliable staff to cancel 2 appointments which I took afternoons off work to attend. Yet a mistake which we was prepared to wait around for until you could slot us in was even debatable. Had you not cancelled the one less than 2 weeks ago this possibly wouldn't have haplened. Disappointed is an understatement

Horrible experience, they are never open at opening times and it took me 3 months to eventually get an an appointment and when I finally did the dentist who seen me did not care one bit about my oral health or hygiene or state of my teeth. I have since found another dentist who actually is open and cares about my teeth.
