Staff rude and unprofessional in the NHS orthodontist department. I left feedback in surgery as I was unhappy with the service I received. Ten minutes later I get a call from the member of staff being rude and verbally abusing me on the phone. Im sure these feedbacks are anonymous. This clarifies the practice is not protecting your data or safety by accessing my personal details.

Went for my first appointment and staff were really helpful and friendly....dentist was very gentle and explained everything he was going to do in appointment and for next few visits. Will visit again and nurse was very sexy.
