Been using this dentist for years always been happy until i had a tooth removed 18 months ago. A piece of the tooth had been left in, so had to have it removed in february. Because of the situation at the moment i understand treatment isn't as straightforward but it is impossible at the moment to get any reliable imformation from anyone i speak to. I have had antibiotics from the dentist and my own doctor. Keep trying sort an appointment for the work that needs doing (which they let me book then tell me the work can't be done). Its about time i received some reliable information after walking around with a gap in my mouth for 18 months.

Attended today for first appointment after Louise had left.vwont be going again. I have been with Louise since she first qualified Never had a problem Always treated well. Staff friendly. Went today climbed steps knocked on door to be told they weren't using that entrance. Those steps are not easy especially for someone who walks with a stick . No sign at bottom of steps to say no entry Walked around side and had to wait in cold to be let in even though she knew I was there. Then had to stand in hall. Asked about seats and was told waiting room not being used. After treatment no offer to rinse mouth. Told to ring for next appointment. Had to pay before seeing dentist. Now looking for her dentist. Bring back Louise

Needed urgent attention to tooth that had broken during first lockdown. With urgent open heart surgery soon and lengthy convalesence the response was first class. Excellent professional treatment and covid measures. Been a patient 38 years.

I used to go to this Dental surgery as a child and I only recently had my first appointment with them after years so I was unsure of what to expect. The receptionists were really sweet when I had to reschedule my appointment. I had to have a filling done and the appointment was very straight forward. However, I did feel awkward as there was no casual chat to make me feel more at ease as I was really anxious. After the filling, there was no debrief on how I should better maintain my teeth to avoid this happening again. So I was sat there on the chair wondering if I should stay or leave as the Dentist and his assistant didn't really say anything to me and did their own thing. It was a good appointment I guess, but I would hope that the Dentist would be able to talk to me as a patient and how I can improve my dental hygiene.

Me and my partner had an appointment the same day. My partner had not been seen until 45 minutes after his appointment time and myself 20 minutes after my appointment time. I asked the male dentist for some advice on work that needed to be done in conjuction with my Orthodontic treatment in which my Orthodontist needed to start progress towards the following week and he avoided answering any of my questions, instead telling me that I should rebook in 6months. From the moment I stepped foot in the surgery I did not at all get a good impression. Not only was there a long delay in appointment times but also the amount of times I saw young dental assistants in and out the rooms leaving doors open whilst having patients inside. The male dentist and his assistant would also stand outside the rooms with the door open exposing patients whilst xraying which I found extremely unprofessional due to the seating area being within a metre of the room. The male dentist I found was extremely blunt and obnoxious and I had no confidence in him knowing what he was doing or having any experience dealing with patients.
