I visited Argos Blackburn Townsmoor today around 12pm and would like to say a big thank you to the girl who greeted us when we got there. I was with my elderly uncle who walks with a stick and is very unsteady on his feet. She showed us to a terminal and then went and got a chair for my Uncle so he could sit down & continue to shop. She was very courteous and very helpful, I just wished I had made a note of her name. Very impressed. Thank you.
Returned my daughters tablet under warranty found the manageress a (Scottish lass) to be very aloof & offhand was asked to remain in store while the tablet was left on charge?? 😳 The member of staffs expression spoke volumes behind the eye rolls (45mins) as if it was miraculously going to burst into life.
This is the second time this has occurred it was eventually replaced for the 2nd time (bad batch?) from the manageress' attitude you'd have thought it was coming out of her pocket
The staff member was apologetic & stated dismissively "I think she should have just changed it, it was apparent after 15mins it wasn't working, I'm sure that's what warranties are for..!"
Do not buy from Argos customer service appalling manager Wayne did not come out had a product which was not happy with in it’s original packaging not used told can not refund opened to have a look at product confirmed with sales assistant said each time opened to have a look not happy at all but did not say nothing and said can’t exchange or refund sale assistant Hafeeja acted dumb and no acknowledgment what I was saying very very poor do not buy from arid as they do not look at your rights as customer
Staff try their best. That's appreciated. But I've had too many product problems to give a better rating. And oh my days, the parking!
The staff are lovely, my son had a nose bleed and the staff was more than helpful. Thank you
