I cannot recommend My Dentist too highly and the receptionist, dental nurses for their time and care that is never rushed and every consideration is given to put you at ease and boy do they deliver but its always that bit more because they care and they are kind and considerate and do meet all of your needs.
Visited my dentist today & was shocked to see all the blue plastic chairs covered in dirty marks.
I mentioned it to the receptionist and she assured me they weren't dirty but a fault of the plastic. I think the chairs should be changed as it
gives a bad impression when visiting Mydentist.
Receptionist rude and obstructive! Called for an emergency app, 3 days in a row! Just told each time I couldn’t have one and not offered an alternative date or appointment. The way in which they handle the calls and speak to customers is rude. Perhaps offer some training in how to politely speak to customers.
Kristina is the most amazing dentist. She is the best dentist I have ever had. Her work is outstanding and I would recommend her to anyone. If I could give more stars I would
keep changing dental surgeons had one scribe a line down an x-ray and said I needed a filling then proceeded to ruin a good tooth, latest surgeon been to twice with breaking teeth and unable to find them until they have broken, takes a week or more for an emergency appointment
