They were very good. Put me at ease and was very good with Buster. Answered all my questions recommend fully.
My cat was taken here by a good citizen who thought that she had been abandoned. That wasn’t the case, it was that she had been missing for some time and it turned out that she was in a very bad state due to the fact that she had a tumour in her jaw and nasal passage. The vet on call was very compassionate and informed me that she had to be put down without delay. I was contacted because of her chip and the vet said it was very unusual to manage to trace the owner, as more often than not the numbers associated with chips are incorrect or wrong. The vet was just so happy that I could see her one last time before she was put to sleep. Very sad moment for me. The vet waived the emergency call out and other fees for me, that’s one reason why I give the 5 stars. I will miss my companion that was with me for 15 years. RIP friend I will always remember you tucking your head in with affection with that last stroke I managed to give before saying goodbye.
Chloe and all staff have been incredible when my dog Brooke was really poorly. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you all so much. Pat and Brooke x
Friendly & helpful staff especially when you you need an emergency appointment. Have been using this place for years and have never had any cause to complain.
Our dog goes there regularly. Some surgery today. Everyone is lovely and social distancing.
