Firstly, all the staff at the Watford branch are ALWAYS so helpful and friendly, and very understanding when talking over the phone and in the clinic. They collect your pet from your car and deliver them back (even if it's pouring rain!), and offer a payment link so you don't have to go inside at all. There's also now a covered outside waiting area. Only neg is that the parking can be slightly chaotic sometimes

Very polite, helpful and extremely friendly. Both towards me as a pet owner and towards my puppy. She really enjoys coming to your practice and I always get excellet advice and information. This is extremely important to me given that I am a first-time dog owner.

Whenever you ring the team are always really helpful and polite. Very professional they explain what is going on with your pet and what they have done. I will and have recommended you to others.

I’ve been with Medivet over 25 years, I started with Guy Carter, whom in my eyes is a passionate, caring, loyal - dedicated vet; that goes that extra mile to help and save animals. My Staffie was hit by a train, she was at deaths door, Guy & his staff went to work and after 12 operations my dog is still here 8 years later. Now that’s dedication! I find Medivet staff to be the same all these years later, professional, caring, passionate and still going that extra mile. Lucy Nesbitt

Such an amazing team, the vets, nurses and the people work on reception. I truly feel my cat Eddy couldn't of been in better hands. I will forever be greatful for the high standard of care he has received in their care. And as his owner the staff were very compassionate and understanding towards me in what was a very upsetting time. Well done Medivet Watford you guys are amazing x
