DO NOT EVER USE THIS SHOP OR THIS SERVICE AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES-sent my iphone xs in to get the camera glass changed and an hour into the repair i get a call saying hes taken off the glass and the camera is no longer working. once i come to collect the phone the camera no longer focuses and is unusable. he offered NO help and refused tp admit he did it. i have picture evidence that i took before hand and we are reporting him to trading standards. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

DO NOT SEND ANYTHING HERE- sent an iPhone 7 in for the camera lense to be fixed so we could sell it for over £200 and it came out broken, the whole screen and home button wouldn't work, the guy in the shop said it had nothing to do with him and he hadn't touched it and couldn't fixed it. It was like he had put a new front screen on. Can't sell the phone and he won't accept responsibility. It was in perfect working condition apart from the lense prior to it going in this shop.

I've had a few experiences with this shop. The 1st time was a change of battery for my phone. I had to go back a few days later due to it not working right. He did replace the battery and I've had no trouble since. The 2nd time was my lap top. I was told it needed a new hard drive. This guy has already put 2 other hard drives in this lap top which apparently they should last around 3 years, so he tells me. I told him "this will be the 3rd time in less than 18 months you've replaced the hard drive". He argued with me saying it won't have been him. Once done, we went to collect it only to realise at home the cover and plug was missing. So we went back. He argued that I never left the plug and gave us the cover saying he never takes plugs from customers. He gave us one but once home it didn't fit. Im now having to go back again. Another negative is they only take cash. Anyway I won't be using this shop again through bad experiences.
