I lost a significant amount of stock following a break in at my property. From the cctv we can see the thieves were there for over an hour. The alarm system installed by ADVANCED FIRE AND SECURITY DID NOT WORK!! Turns out the system was so poorly designed they managed to get past the alarm in seconds. Over an hour in the middle of the night in and out removing goods completely undetected. I rang Mr ANDY (I m a big know it all security engineer) MARKS to explain how this could happen. Initially he said he would come and offer an explanation surprisingly despite numerous call he has not showed up and has now blocked my calls! Also turns out this clown is not registered or recognised with any governing body or insurance company so I have not way of recovering any loss through ADVANCED FIRE AND SECURITY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY HES A LIABILITY. One man band who despite giving the impression he knows his business actually knows nothing and is not prepared to accept responsibility for his incompetence. Stay well away from this con man. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
I was also with Newton Security and moved across following the takeover. Just had my alarm and CCTV upgraded. Can’t believe how clear the pictures are now and think the being able to control both systems on my phone is superb!!
The install lads were extremely polite and left everything clean and tidy. They spent time setting everything up and showing us how to use it. Would definitely recommend.

We have been with our previous security provider for a number of years but felt that the service provided was becoming extremely poor. We contacted Advanced Fire & Security Solution. The initial phone call gave me immediate confidence, Andy was polite, cheerful, positive and clearly knew his products and services well.
An appointment was arranged on the same day and order placed. Dave came the following day to upgrade the CCTV system. I can’t believe the difference in picture quality from our old system. It’s Amazing!
Great service, quality and value for money. Highly recommended ++++
