Been a few times recently and all my queries have been answered.
Took back faulty goods. Was treated quickly, politely and professionally. It was explained the process and what the next steps were. Happy with the customer service given.
On a further visit. Teenager blowing chewing gum bubbles. Not wearing mask. Staff spoke promptly and professionally to family. Very impressed especially with this staff member and the lady staff member in the laptop and tablet department for her assistance.
Edit. Continue to be impressed by the staff at Blackburn Whitebirk store.
Best tech store in UK.. Superb.. Buy the proper way.. In store, get a feel of what you're paying for and experience first hand.. No more online shopping for me

After a very stressful day at work I arrived at 6:03 as the store closed at 6, to pick up a present. I was advised the store was closed and to come back tomorrow after 10. One of the assembled staff members came to my car and said he would help so went back inside to get my order. Excellent customer service, so refreshing especially during these difficult times.
