Excellent used a few shops in the area but these guys are the best on quality value for money and technical knowledge
ABSOLUTE BRILLIANT LADS - Broke my screen and Microtrends replaced the screen on the Sony Vaio to perfection!! Would recommend
I had tried a few other shops in Nelson,seeking help with my laptop, (wish i had gone here 1st!!!) was told by the other places, "pointless" "cost a fortune" "get rid of it,buy one from us" all spoken as if they couldn't even be bothered listening to me,.... then i went to Micro Trends...and boy what a difference, the staff were friendly,polite, listened to what my problem was, gave me the best advice as to what to do, sorted/fixed my laptop (quicker than i expected),a LOT cheaper than i expected, treated me like a valued customer,even though it was my first visit there, i SHALL be using this shop for any and all computer problems i have in the future....keep up the GOOD work guys
Awesome bunch of lads, very in the know how, up to date. Had problems with my system which I took to another local firm who told me to get rid off, and spend 600 hard earned GBP on a laptop with themselves. After taking it to one of the lads, within two days it was tuned (am guessing this is what is done) Windows 10 re-installed and it is running perfect... Highly recommended, you will not de disappointed...
