Just had my Linn turntable serviced by Wilkinson’s HiFi. Fantastic job at a reasonable price. Really knowledgeable and pleasant. Offered me replacement cartridge options without being at all pushy. First class service and great customer care. Very impressed. Well worth the hours drive to get the job done properly. Highly recommended.
I recently had my Yamaha CA-400 repaired due to a failure of the output transistors. The amplifier dates back to mid 1970s. Wilkinson's repaired the amplifier to 110%. I'm now able to enjoy the Yamaha Natural sound again. High recommended, experts at all things Hi Fi.
Just had my ageing Aiwa AD-WX717 repaired by Andy at Wilkinsons. The deck must about 20 years old, and Andy has done a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. The deck sounds as good as new, and I can enjoy my old 80s cassettes again in all their glory. These guys deserve their 5 * reviews - don't bother going anywhere else. Top-notch repair and very friendly service.
I have a Sony TCK-611S cassette deck (purchased in 1994!) which had failed, all the drive belts had perished. Found Wilkinsons as probably one of the only places left who could refurbish this machine. So I sent it off and within about 2 to 3 weeks it has come back and is as new! I am totally delighted and must thank the team at Wilkinsons for doing the repair. They are very efficient, have great communications and are a pleasure to deal with. Please keep up to good work! Now, as I write this I am playing an orginal Factory Records boxed cassette of New Order's 'Power, Corruption & Lies' (FACT 75c) and it sounds great and takes me back to the good old days! Brilliant!!!
