I booked an urgent appointment with Performance Lab, they had great and quick communication right from the start and luckily I was able to book in for an appointment at the Burnley branch a couple of days later (torn hamstring a matter of weeks before my wedding). My leg is almost fully recovered based on the advice and exercises Lee provided me and I'm hoping to still be able to do crazy dance moves and bend down to put my shoes on on my wedding day!
