Completely avoid this place at all costs, cost me over £100 to supposedly have a tooth removed. What a mess and agonising pain I was in. I nearly passed out in the chair after raising my hand numerous times because i could feel everything! Mrs Burns never did stop and told me i had to understand its infected and would feel pain, not only did I report I had a heart murmur and infection should be cleared first she left half the tooth in and sent me on my way with no antibiotics, since this happened I have been told by many people to avoid Butcher Burns so she well known for bad practice!
This dentist is so rude and unprofessional she doesn’t tell you what she does in your mouth she just does it. Do not goes to her I have report her to be shut down..!!
For twenty odd years I have had a bad reflux and carnt put anything in my mouth so never had any theeth at top mrs burns and staff today found a way to get moulds and it worked so thank you and every credit to the great team at burns will add to this as I get my dencers 😊
