The receptionist at this Dentist is the rudest I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. At my appointment today 21/08/20 I was forced to wait outside the practice for 15 minutes until my appointment time arrived. The whole arrival procedure was unpleasant. I mentioned that this very week I had taken a COVID-19 test which proved to be negative but this fell on deaf ears. I appreciate that in times like these we must all be diligent but there’s a proper way to do this. At least the dental work proved less painful than dealing with this receptionist.
My experience has been great. The Dentist and Nurse that I see are not only professional but obviously care about the quality of their treatment. The deep filling that I had done was utterly painless - which is unheard of for me!
Furthermore, they make you feel welcome and relaxed, which can take the edge off any treatment.
It should also be mentioned that the reception staff are great as well!
Anyone who can build a 6ft Christmas tree from inflated pink surgical gloves is alright by me!
I am almost reluctant to post this as I feel that I have struck NHS gold and don't want to share (joking); but when credit is merited, it should be forthcoming!
Very good can't fault service best I have seen in years, I did have some appointment one or two cancellation that was re-booked within a short time but you can get your appointment cancelled at hospital just one of those things, It is NHS. Will advice anyone who wants to see a dentist this is the one to see 👍
