Justin @ JW Construction was recommended to us by our church, he has recently replaced all of the lead, we required someone trustworthy & reliable for my mother who needed certain problems on her roof fixing,my mother is very elderly, my mother has has many people on her roof who claimed they would be able to resolve the issues of the water ingress, this has not been the case, until Justin who came along & found the issues within minutes, he also took photos & showed us the problem, Justin then went away to draw up an estimate, then gave a date for the work commencement. On the day Justin arrived at 8am, Justin informed my mother on the process for of work for that day, have to say we have been more than impressed on how well he looked after my mother, she is over the moon the roof is finally fixed, I would highly recommend Justin to anyone who needs not just a roofer but a genuine guy willing to go above & beyond.
We recently had a level 3 roof survey completed & were very impressed with the service we received, from the initial appointment to the customer after care. We found Justin very professional & thorough with our roof condition report. On the day of the survey we had a phone call to explain the main findings. The report itself was very detailed & logically laid out with all the main findings backed up with photographs & videos. Justin encouraged us to phone him with any queries after reading the report & was extremely helpful in explaining things in a manner we could easily relate to. Very highly recommend & would definitely use this service again.
I needed a professional, honest and reliable roofer to rectify a leaking porch roof that had recently been made worse by a cowboy builder. Justin was punctual, gave me a detailed and properly explained quote and even talked me out of spending over the odds for additional work. He talked me through every stage of the repair, so I knew where the money was going and why it was necessary, and completed the job with no fuss whatsoever. Despite several torrential downpours since the roof has remained 100% watertight- a top job all round!
We contacted Justin for a full re roof of our property. I would like to say a big thank you to Justin & his team for such a professional services from start to finish. Workmanship at its absolute finest, Justin liaised with us all the way, through. Justin & his time arrived on time everyday, first time we have ever seen a group of men actually get down to work with hardly any chatting, which says to me they mean business with getting on with the job in hand, we have had confidence installed into us & confidence, we cant thank Justin enough.
Justin came recommended via a range of professionals when I was required by my credit card company to get an independent report on my 3 roofs following a disastrous replacement earlier this year. Highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and clearly explained all the issues he found. Now awaiting his written report but I expect it to be spot on! Such a relief finding someone so reliable as I was very nervous after the bad experience with Lord’s Roofing Ltd. fingers crossed now for the report to be accepted so I can move on without the stress and worry.
