Used Ultraframe for the roof of my extension. Cannot fault it in any way. Great product. Would highly recommend them to family and friends

I emailed for some technical information on the roof build up and U value to which I initially got a reply and questioned this to which I have now been chasing every day this week to not even a response to acknowledge me. I am currently in limbo with my building inspector as to where to go with this as I am getting nowhere with ultraframe. very disappointed in the level of service as this used to be a great company when I used to deal with them previously working for a small conservatory company.

WARNING NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! NOT ONLY HAVE THEY COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF MY FATHER THEY HAVE BEEN UNPROFESSIONAL, APALLING CUSTOMER SERVICES. CONTRACTORS FAILING TO TURN UP. WRONG FRAMES FITTED, DAMAGED FRAMES FITTED, NO CONTACT TO SAY IF THEY ARE COMING OR NOT. RESPONSE HAS BEEN ITS NOT MY PROBLEM. THE MANAGER FAILED TO TURN UP AFTER PROMISING HE WOULD TO SORT OUT THE ENDLESS LIST OF ISSUES HE HAS BEEN CHARGED £16,000 FOR A BOX SIZED CONSERVATORY WHICH WAS STARTED IN FEBRUARY AND STILL NOT FINISHED!! ACCORDING TO BEV IN CUSTOMER SERVICES THEIR WAS BIGGER ISSUES DUE TO REDUNDANCIES. MY FATHER ONLY USED THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF ITS REPUTATION. WELL IT HAS CERTAINLY EARNED MY ATTENTION AND I ENDEAVOUR TO ENSURE I RUIN IT, AS MY DAD HAS SUFFERED SO MUCH STRESS DUE TO HIS GARDEN BEING LEFT LIKE A BUILDING SITE. HE HAS HAD TWO HIP AND KNEE REPLACEMENTS AND WAS LEFT TO MOVE TOOLS, FRAMES AND INSULATION AS THEY WERE JUST LEFT DANGEROUSLY IN HIS GARDEN ALL OVER AND HE HAS SENT CONSTANT EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS AND NO ONE RESPONDS. I AM TAKING THE ISSUE TO THE LOCAL PRESS AS THEY HAVE LEFT A VULNERABLE PENSIONER IN AN ABSOLUTE MESS. HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELVES !!!!!!!

Tried to get technical help from them about a product that I need and the person I spoke to couldn't have sounded less interested. A shame as they used to be a great company when I dealt with them 15 years ago

As below, tried to get a bit of technical help from Craig, spoke to him on Wednesday 17th June, said he would have calculations by Friday. Called Friday and he was "on the phone" left a number for him to call and never did, chased him up 3 times Friday afternoon only to be told again each time he's "on the phone" called again this morning at 10am... Guess what, he's "on the phone" left my name and number to call back, it's now 1pm and been on hold waiting for him to get off the phone. Waste of time, just say you are not interested and stop wasting my time!
