A good friend of mine recommended going to see Steve for my groin injury. I’m so thankful I did because Steve has helped me so much and now, I can play football again! I’ve also got under calf injury which he is helping me with too and already I am seeing progress. I would highly recommend Whitegate Injury Clinic for your physiotherapy needs, especially Steve’s expertise and friendly service!

Why spend weeks with just "Rest it for a couple of weeks and take some pain killers" from your local GP Get a thorough check over from a proper sports injury specialist. With an assessment and diagnosis on what the problem is. Then treatment and what to do to assist in getting up and moving again in a shortest possible time. Also and more important what not to do to make the issue worse. Steve has put me onto recovery again so many times, when i have thought that is me off the Road for a long time also not knowing when to test the sports injury again is so depressing. I will always give Steve a call when tweaking something rather than risk doing more harm.
