The staff are great. They put the customer first every time. Had a few late deliveries but once the driver is on site they will put the pallets where you want. Theyre really looking at prices now, which is great. They will try and beat a quote i bring into them if they can't beat an item price they will see if they can chip money off somewhere else. Cant recommend them enough.

A very bad experience. No one from the service is interested in the customer, you can stay in the warehouse all day and the employees talk to each other and do not want to see you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Excellent customer service. Special mention for Johnny who works at the Accrington store. Very helpful and courteous. Well priced and prompt delivery.

There's lad in a bucket hat who drives the forklift , always a pleasure to talk to and is very knowledgeable.
