Fantastic customer service. The lady at the till was very helpful (didnt get her name) and even confirmed with her colleague to make sure the product i was buying was the right one. Her colleague Anthony went above and beyond to help. A great team. Well done.
Overdue Review.
As a fairly frequent customer over the last couple of years I feel it's about time I left a review, so here goes.
From my personal experience I have to say that the staff at the Blackburn branch have been friendly and courteous.
Orders have always been ready for collection quickly and in my experience, the prices are usually very competetive.
I'll certainly continue to use this branch as a source for my equipment / DIY needs for the foreseeable future.
Bought a few items here a while back, and they were incredibly helpful. Gave them the codes what they needed for my items, and they were so quick and effective, could not fault them for their level of service. Definitely recommend
Great prices and very helpful staff.
Staff member that served us had apparently only just joined (We wouldn't have known) and was polite and friendly.
We'll definately be visiting again soon as we have quite a few DIY jobs on the to do list.
