Friendly staff who hung on after closing time to enable to me to collect items.
I know nothing about tiles, but the staff here were really helpful. I dealt with the manager himself who was superb. I will be coming here next time.

Fantastic place to purchase your tiles great choice and the staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to tiles, We are a retail site ourselves and I have to say Franks customer service level is up there with the best, nothing is to much trouble for him.
