Craig and a Gareth from the Blackburn branch fitted the granite on our new kitchen. Two great lads who never stopped working until the job got finished and what an excellent job they did. Certainly went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the product. Highly recommended. Excellent customer service. Thanks.

Happy with kitchen but not with service. Sold an induction hob which was for 4 pans. This was recommended to our kitchen fitter for us. Absolutely useless. No point in it being for 4 pans. You could only use 2 pans at once. When you put other pans on hobs they switched on intermittently. We complained and eventually after about 3 weeks got a refund as it had been misold and nothing was said in the brochure about how useless it was. I also added a double oven into my kitchen plan and made a cupboard smaller yet my bill jumped up considerably. Deducting the new double oven and different cupboard my bill had gone up by about £300 for nothing?. They were not prepared to deduct it back off until I got my kitchen fitter involved. Eventually I was told the manager would refund the difference because I got my kitchen fitter involved and he gives them a lot of business. They said if I hadn't have got him involved they wouldn't have given me a refund as they weren't bothered about upsetting me as I would only be using them once! Couldn't believe how rude they were. If it wasn't so close to my kitchen being fitted I would have told them to shove it where the sun doesn't shine. Avoid them at all costs. They are obviously not bothered about me bad mouthing them to people!

Excellent service, thanks got everything we needed. very professional to the smallest detail nothing to much trouble. kept in contact letting us know on delivery time. thanks to all the staff making this a good experience.
