I have a fantastic new roof. Craig was prompt with my quote and kept in contact the whole time, what was happening and when. Very professional from start to finish. Good old fashioned hard working tradesmen I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Got a quote from Craig, he told me if receive a quote for the roof replacement. After weeks of chasing and messages being ignored I decided to take my business elsewhere, not sure what the problem was but they clearly did not want the work. Communication was poor, glad that we did not use them now to be honest. In addition to the above and in response to your request, I have chased and chased but been you haven't even told me to that you could not do the work, if you had I would have just found another instead of wasting my time chasing you. I understand you may be busy but that's no excuse to set customer expectations rather than just simply ignoring them.

Craig,Jade & Mark have replaced the roof on my dormer bungalow. I cannot praise enough the work that was carried out. These guys go that extra mile to do a superb job. I would highly recommend Craig and family to undertake any job. Very reasonable prices as well. I have been on the roof and seen the excellent quality of the job carried out. I will be using Craig in the new year to replace my dormer roof as I have 100% trust in his work. Being a very fussy customer, it was great to have someone that has done a job right first time and to such a high standard. Thank you again guys.
