Ordered some Bamboo poles for a pleaching job. Wasn't aware they had arrived so emailed, I got a reply back within 20 minutes giving delivery date saying they had been signed for. I found them in our yard, had been signed for by a colleague. Pole quality was excellent and service top notch. Highly recommended

Had a problem with the batch of bamboo slats they sent me in error. Emailed Nathan and he sorted it and sent me a batch of slats at there expense and no prompting from me which are perfect for backing longbows and other types of bow. Thank you.
