I've been treated by Ben and Danny for 2 years. I'm as far from a sportsperson as you can be but 30 years of office working, poor posture and using computers has given me upper back, neck and shoulder issues which lead to aches and pains if untreated. Great massage and exercises to do at home. 2 years on, I don't get any problems and feel great after my regular maintenance visit. Brilliant, thanks Ben and Danny.
Where do I begin after a bad fracture to my ankle some 2 years ago I have struggled with swelling and pain in both my ankle and back. I have been going to see an sports massage for about 4 months now my ankle is now not swelling half as much and the pain has almost gone. The range of movement has increased highly recommended only wished I had found them sooner.
Went for support with a foot injury that kept me from running. I had two 30 minute Zoom calls where they helped find the issue and provided exercises to rehab the injury. The value for money and support was fantastic!
The calls were 2 weeks apart and my foot has almost fully recovered.
Been having treatment from Danny for over a month now with a back problem that’s plagued me for nearly 2 years. Danny’s managed to get me back training pain free & continues to work with me to prevent further problems. Amazing physio, hands on which is rare these days and knows his stuff. Definitely recommend him to anyone
I can’t recommend Danny & Ben highly enough.
Their sterling work has kept my back and shoulders mobile and most importantly out of the physios.
They can treat any ache or pain you have and even the ones you didn’t know about!
