We can’t say how wonderful Abbie & Jordan were when we chose our new fireplace. From the moment we stepped into their showroom they were nothing but amazing ! Abbie had so much knowledge and answered any questions we had and Jordan explained all the fitting details exactly how things would be done . When it came to fitting Jordan and his team were fantastic ! Very clean & tidy , extremely polite and if we had any queries they would spend time to explain , I never felt like I was a nuisance it was a pleasure to have them work in our home. The finish on the work is impeccable. I can not recommend them enough . If you need a new fire or fireplace save yourself some time and just head for designer fires !!!

Absolutely LOVE my new fire, i am over the moon! By far the best feature in our new home. A massive thank you to Abbie and Jordan for the excellent customer service and for making our vision became a reality. Thank you so much (highly recommended)

Wonderful experience with Abbie and Jordan who sold us our fabulous new fire fireplace. From the time we went to the showroom to completion the whole experience was easy and hassle free by far the best showroom and customer service we found. I would highly recommend Designer fires to anyone looking to purchase a new fireplace.

Fabulous customer service and good quality workmanship on the installation of our new fireplace. I know there were delays but that was out of their control due current circumstances of the UK
