Amazing staff here. Always so enthusiastic and pleasant, no matter how worked. A welcome employer of young people in the area. I think their headsets might be a bit quiet but they're genuinely lovely people

Abysmal non existent customer service- get the youngsters back! Went in with my wife for a take out coffee ( we were both wearing face coverings). For the first couple of minutes we were totally ignored by one of the staff doing something with the coffee machine, he then walked right past us without saying a word. We were then told by another member of staff to stand behind the Perspex screen and were then ignored for another couple of minutes at which point we gave up. Only the guy serving at the drive thru window acknowledged our presence. To the owner of this branch- get rid of the old guys they’re losing business, we certainly won’t be going back whilst they are there. Ps if this business doesn’t want the bother of pedestrian customers why not just lock the door!

Always out of sleighing. Either out of oatmilk, cream, whipped cream, certain drinks they can't make etc. Always something they either cannot make ou don't have. It's a shame because the staff have always been very friendly and helpful and are always apologetic, but it happened every other time we fo

Due to the staff not wearing masks, I cannot use this restaurant at the moment. If they took an approach similar to McDonalds id imagine their sales would increase on food especially. Normally would give this place 5 stars, lovley people!

Great coffee..nice place and friendly staff..have to say there are also some fabulous independent coffee shops too..try DRINC ..2mins away from here.
