There are places who try to be a jack of all trades, catering for one and all, or like 1832 Barista, you can specialise in a smaller range. This is a coffee bar, with a few cakes and freshly made sandwiches on offer. They also do it very, very well. The coffee is excellent, the cakes & sandwiches look delicious. Using Hovis or Warburton's bread, served on a folded piece of brown paper, the sandwiches are good quality and eco-friendly. The bar is well stocked with the well known & more individual brands of spirits. The couple running the place know how to treat customers well, and the prices are good. This was our first time here, it won't be our last, and at different times of the day to enjoy all this little place has to offer.

Amazing coffee and really nice atmosphere, I had a good chat with the owner and a brownie slice, definitely recommended
Good coffee, great decor. Would have been good to be acknowledged whilst waiting in the queue and for the owner to serve when busy and not talk to his friends.
