stopped here today for coffee break during cycling. Fantastic coffee for those who actually want coffee and a good selection of cakes. A few tables outside which was great. Probably make this my default stop when i am out this way.
Ridden past many a time, sheltered from the rain in the bus stop bang opposite and never noticed this place! Been open 12 months according to the girl that served me, glad I've found it (finally). Small & friendly and a real asset to the town.
Appeared way down the rankings in a Google maps search (behind places as far away as Chester!) which is criminal. Hopefully this will help push it up the rankings a bit; well worth a visit, good coffee, licensed so a couple of beers on tap (served from 11am) and cake, obviously.
A couple of small tables outside and just enough room to rest the bike, opens at 8am so ideal for a quick caffeine boost on a morning ride. Will be back!
This is my idea of a true "time out".. family run, lovely furbishing's, relaxed.. all the things you need to enjoy a great coffee (and maybe a slice of cake..)
A superb flat white! Very friendly staff, a great decor and all very clean and tidy! A great place to relax, or get a bit of work done.
We absolutely love this place from the moment it opened, the owners are extremely welcoming and friendly, the venue is finished to an extremely high standard and creates a great environment to relax in and lastly but not least we love their coffee, we generally pop in 4 times a week. An amazing family run coffee shop which is just what bacup needed. Well done guys keep it up and see you soon.
