Great place to visit especially when the snow covers the ground. Limited in what they can do at the moment. But still well worth a visit.

The cafe is located, in an idyllic location, close to many scenic and peaceful walks. Bird feeders, attract many different birds and are next to the cafe. The cafe serves hot drinks, pies, paninis, baked potatoes, sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs and cakes, including yummy homemade cookies. Prices, are very reasonable indeed. On site toilets, cash and card payment. A few tables and seating, or eat/drink, in your car. Highly recommended and staff are more than welcoming. Car park does get locked, at 1730hrs and is free to park. Perfect, for dog walking and/or family day out.

Brilliant wholesome food, lovely friendly people, plus scenery and walks. You can social distance or eat in your car. After walking your dog, perfect ! 👍

Great starting point for walking in the area, free car parking, clean toilets and I believe a good cafe but it was closed when we were there
