Excellent tea rooms inside and tables out on the rear veranda - very sunny. Quite a good snack food menu and wide range of excellent cakes. Wide drinks menu (non-alcoholic). Lovely conserved heritage building and veranda has views over western Newport with glimpses of the Transporter Bridge and the new arch Bridge over the River Usk.
Been here twice now both for cream tea. Had a lovely time both times . Food and hospitality great. Going again hopefully. There was a large table of ladies there last time. they loved the tea when it came and will consider ordering cream tea next time they are there. Beautiful gardens to walk round after or before. Lovely afternoon out.
Love going to Bellvue park. It's my favourite little haven.
Then going to the tea rooms for a delicious cup of coffee and cake.

Excellent selection of cakes and lovely pot of tea. Super setting within the park. Social distancing maintained well with even hand washing facility available.
We had a lovely relaxing hour sat outside. Delicious toasted teacakes to go with our tea and coffee. All tables suitably distanced and only 1 person allowed in to order and one way system inside.
