Lovely food, great service, highly recommended
A down to earth cafe with tasty food at a very reasonable price. Service was good in spite of some confusion about the order. We were made very welcome and it was obvious, that the social distancing was taken seriously. We had an enjoyable time.
The women taking the orders was very rude, me and my partner visited today with our 18month son, there are no high chairs and not enough room to bring a pushchair in so if you have young ones its really not an option but we were happy to deal with it and he just sat on my lap. The women then started to take our order whilst walking around the cafe doing other things, anyway we placed our order 1 breakfast, 1 curry and chips and 2 cans of coke, about 2 minutes later she came over and said can I take the payment now as I need to leave so we said no problem, she then said thats £15.90 please which we were abit shocked by, so my partner kindly asked what the prices were and she was very very rude and dismissive, I actually couldn't believe it she basically said to us if you don't like it then let's call it a day! My partner said its OK we will still have the chicken curry and ill have a.... She then interupted and said again lets call it a day! And she got up and walked off I am still in complete shock over how we were treated today in this so called 'cafe'
DO NOT GO HERE! unbelievable rude service and inside is pretty grotty to nothing like the photos on Google!
Homemade food absolutely lovely breakfast and the service and atmosphere 👌 100% go there all the time
