Called in last Thursday for a coffee and male staff member was utterly abnoxious and although I completed the Track and Trace NHS App the member of staff refused to serve me and insisted I completed the Government website also which is not needed as I had already completed the NHS app scan. Re-Clarified with my colleagues on regulations and they confirmed I did exactly right and was not necessary to complete both. Won't ever be returning and unless you like be spoken to like dirt then don't bother going.
Staff are nice and nothing too much trouble, sometimes I end up with a latte instead of a cappuccino is my only complaint.

Had the mac an cheese was not cooked properly and had food poisoning
