Friendly and professional staff. Very patient with challenging patients like me. Felt at ease during an extraction - the proceedure was conducted flawessly. Would recommend highly.
Had a tricky dental extraction with Ali @ Haslingden on Thursday , I was very anxious before and during the appointment so credit to Ali we got there in the end with his skill and tenacity and me attempting to relax against all the odds 😁
I have been having some trouble with my teeth throughout lockdown and have really struggled to find anywhere to help despite having concerns I may have some serious issues as I have had previously.
I tried the NHS helpline and although the woman gave me some good advice initially, it was only a temporary fix. I decided to try all the dentists directly in my local area. Only 2 responded. One was to refer me back to the NHS helpline and the other was MyDentist.
Firstly their practice manager called me, I missed this but when I called back the lady who answered the phone was lovely and assured me someone would be in contact. True to their word, a dentist called me back that day and spent 25 minutes on the phone discussing my issues and offering free advice before booking me in for an appointment.
Practice manager then followed up again yesterday to ensure everything was dealt with.

I'm very unsatisfied as the dentist from hell ruined my teeth, I'm in so much pain and they are taking no responsibility for it.
I have been going to this Dentist for a long time (5 Stars for my last dentist) he was very considerate and caring and respectful)
Today I arrived and was so disappointed to see he had left.
I am a calm person however the manner and very lack of gentle way of cleaning my teeth I was horrified
I made it clear I would not be returning to this Dentist and have complained.
The lady I spoke to and the receptionist were both polite and understanding.
Obviously the best dentist I have known in a while has gone now.
I an now going to be seeing a new lady dentist and I will be reviewing again after my next visit next year.
Always been nice receptionist at my Dentist and do not make these remarks easily .
