Absolutely lovely dental practice. The dentist, Barry is wonderful, very gentle and always puts you at ease if you’re a little nervous. The dental nurse he frequently works with is equally as wonderful, they are a great team. The reception staff are really polite, helpful and will get you seen as soon as they can. The measures they have in place due to Covid to keep both themselves and yourself as safe as possible are very good.
Barrie and all his team are amazing I have had to visit frequently due to teeth problems after chemotherapy. The service has always been excellent . All staff are helpfull and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Had a little private cosmetic work done too. Extremely pleased with the outcome
Please be aware that if they cancel your appointment due to holidays taken by the dentist that you make sure you re-book, they will not contact you and will tell you off for not having a check up every 6 months.
very poor service by the receptionist, will not be going back there
I visited Ramsbottom Dental Surgery to have an X-Ray of my teeth. The photographic images were perfect. Customer service was fantastic. I found the practice to be very professional throughout the consultation and when the procedure was explained to me.
