Having my Fierce PC for about a month now and its been amazing. From start to finish I'd say this company is on point. The customer care team is easy to get ahold of and happy to answer any questions you may have(even the most ridiculous).I contacted them several times and got nothing but support and help back. Another great thing is you can ask to get your PC built live ( if they have the time frame). I got to see my PC being built live. That was better than expected, I got to see how much time and effort they put into a build and to make sure I was happy with it. As for the PC itself, it runs amazingly and couldn't be happier. I have had no problems at all with it. It has been the best PC I have used. I would highly recommend Fierce PC. You will not be disappointed. I ordered the Lumina Fusion PC and customized it to fit my needs. All of the PC on their website are customizable (to an extent) if you wish. The support team can help you choose the best options for you and your budget.

I bought a PC from here as I am a 3D artist who needs a good machine. The website was easy to use, and helped me find exactly what I needed without me getting super stressed (I may be an artist but I dont have the first clue about PCs). Not to mention, it arrived supremely quickly. Set up was easy and it arrived in good condition. Wasn't cheap, but what good PC is? 😂 Thanks Fierce, I'm very happy with my light up rainbow cased super fast baby ❤

I basically custom built mine because I changed the preset so much but the PC I got works wonders! I bought it for gaming and it does just that. FPS doesn't drop below 55, games run as smooth as butter on a high graphical setting but chug sometimes if you go ultra high. Not a problem though as that's what I wanted: A mid-range PC that did the job well. If I wanted ultra high graphics, I would've got a better graphics card from them. Mine is not the most powerful beast in the world but I have full confidence that if you have the money, fierce could deliver on that. If your intimidated about building your own PC like I was, Fierce PC provides great quality at a fair price. Well worth it if this is your entry into the world of PC's no matter what you need it for. 5 stars

Customer service over the phone 100% went to collect on arriving spoke to a bloke about what I had come to collect. Wouldn't allow me to enter the building even though I told him I was medically except from wearing a mask. Told me to wait outside very rude then a lady came out with want I had come to collect and asked me to sign for my collection give me her pen to sign for it( remember it is transferred more from hands than mouths) Member of staff filling a cardboard container outside very nice and polite. Overall great service just remember not everyone can wear a mask we still should be allowed inside and treated like other customers

I purchased assembled gaming PC for my son from Fierce PC. All my concerns were addressed. They are amazing team. Delivery took little longer but I understood it's not their fault. First class service
