After suffering a sudden onset of pain in my knee I visited Dave after he was reccomended by a friend.
After a very thorough and professional first consultation he diagnosed with Tendonitis and given a series a specific exercises to complete via the Physiogo App.
I had a second consultation a couple of weeks later and now my symptoms are far better.
The exercises can be carried with on to maintain my progress and fit in nicely with my exercise regime.
I would definitely recommend Dave to anyone needed expert physio treatment.
