Jo and the team have been my fantastic accountants for 4 years now, offering timely and responsive help, advice and support when ever I've needed it as a self employed freelance designer. Right from the get go and setting up stages through to 4 sets of tax returns to date, Jo has been absolutely brilliant at helping with all aspects, and her knowledge of the system is second to none. I really appreciate all of the extra support given throughout the Covid 19 weeks and months, and she has helped me to find access to the right support at this time, which I am extremely grateful for. Last year in May (2018), I did a week of work experience at this accountancy firm. I have to say that I was put at ease by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the people working there. They were all very patient with me in helping me to get to grips with the work and also very polite and helpful when it came to dealing with clients. Not only that, but the work was carried out in an efficient, accurate and swift manner so that everything could be done quickly but thoroughly. Very impressed and I'm sure that if you are looking for someone to do your financial work for you then Ireland & Company won't let you down. N.B. I have not been asked to complete this review by anyone at the firm, I simply saw the only other review and was quite frankly shocked. I just had to set the record straight so as to try and avoid people from being put off the company who don't deserve such criticism.

DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM - This firm is truly stuck in the dark ages. They make basic elementary mistakes in my view. Annoyingly they fail to respond in a timely manner and even close for hours at times. I received snide and rude emails that make me feel stupid...so glad I’ve just cut ties and found new accountants. SHOCKING!!!
