Real cups not take away.
Ordered through the Costa app to pick up but on arrival one of the workers kindly explained that they'd sold out of a couple of things and that I could choose something else instead. Being dairy free, there weren't a lot of savoury options left that I'd be able to eat but one of the managers came out and showed me all of their dairy free/vegan range, a great selection of sweet treats for anyone with dietary requirements (and usually savoury options too but I went right after lunch time!). Rocky road was amazing and the honeycomb latte is divine! Really friendly staff and wonderful customer service.
My favourite at Costa is the decaf americano, and yesterday's did not disappoint. However my daughter told me (too late) that her Terry's Chocolate Orange hot chocolate was disappointing because it was not hot. What a shame, as she is a fan of Costa's. Hopefully back to 5 stars next time!
Friend ordered my favourite a cortado coffee... not an easily available choice.
It was delicious , as was the cheeky blueberry muffin that came with.
Absolutely no complaints very professional, quick and friendly service I am a fairly regular customer and have never had any issues. Would definitely recommend.
