We came here for brunch and the staff member who welcomed us was super friendly and welcoming. We sat in the outside terrace which is lovely on a sunny day. The place feels pretty well set up for the COVID age and ordering online was super easy and lots of options to customize your order, especially the coffees (which as a pregnant vegan meant ordering my decaf soy latte was painless). The vegan menu is great and there is so much choice. We had the vegan bacon butty which was good and plentiful, I'd like to know what brand they use as it's some of the nicest I've had. If you like lettuce in your bap maybe go for the BLT instead. We ordered a side of patatas bravas which is what let the meal down. The portion was very small for the money and the scraps from the fryer were all in the bowl too. Shame really as it's such a simple dish. The sauce was nice but the garlic alioli was missing. Coffee was nice and the fresh orange juice was superb. The toilets were really dark and someone hard of sight might have struggled to get to them or navigate in there.

Food was very well presented, plentiful and worth every penny. Really lovely service and friendly staff who were really helpful. Only improvement suggested would be temperature of a couple of our meals wasn't as hot as would've liked.

Really good staff coping well under the COVID conditions. Food was very good and not outrageously expensive and a pleasant atmosphere. Recommended!

Food took a very long time to arrive. Over an hour. No warning given on wait time before ordering. Food arrived lukewarm. Pancakes arrived with no syrup. Food was average, and service poor. Quite dingy inside. Not really worth the wait. Some very cool artwork though.

We were sat down at a table by the nicest man I have ever met. Only to be told to leave by one of the rudest men I've ever met (Assumed to be the nicest man's boss) even though there was plenty of space. We were then told to exit through a door that was approximately 4 miles from our table. My advice is do not enter at all costs.
