I can't recommend Tony enough. The mechanism on my back door had broken and I couldn't open the door. Tony came over super fast and after assessing the problem, had a colleague open his shop to get the part he needed. The door was fixed and works better now than when it was fitted! His work and service is exemplary and I will be saving his number. Top man and a real gent.

A wonderful experience from start to finish from this local Rossendale company and the lock replacement to my front door was the work of a true craftsman. They also repaired a few other locks on windows and doors at my home and if you need a lock repair company in Rawtenstall, then I can highly recommend them because it's rare to find a local firm these days that offer value for money and carry out the work they promise!

The chap who came out was great, really approachable and keen as mustard. he came out the same day which took me by surprise but moved a few jobs out of the way for me because he said mine was an urgent situation because my front door was not secure. The lock had some damage and wasn't locking so he fitted a more secure lock rather than trying to repair the existing lock. Did a brilliant job and he's booked in to upgrade my other locks.

Mum had an issue with my front door jamming shut and the lock not working. I called Rossendale Lock Repairs and they said they offered a service to replace or repair the lock. The lock fitter came out in a few days and thankfully managed to repair the door lock, which saved me a bit of money. Overall a great service was provided and the engineer was a lovely chap too.

Did a super nice job on all my door locks. He managed to repair my kitchen door lock and replaced the other door and window locks.
