Enterprise have provided a first class service during the seven week rental period following a breakdown in my own vehicle. The communication has been excellent and everybody I have spoken to has been very helpful, friendly and courteous.
Both cars provided to me during the rental period have been clean, reliable and good quality.

After a poor start it went really well. The guy I dealt with was on the ball and got things moving very quickly for me as I had the meet a tight time frame. Well done to the team. Good site this one.
Whilst my vehicle undergoes repair the garage arranged a hire car through Enterprise. The office was clean and welcoming. The staff member was polite and well informed ensuring I was happy with the vehicle before proceeding with the hire agreement. The vehicle was clean and serviceable. So far a good company - see what they are like when I hand it back. Edit. Update. Nothing to fear on return. Friendly and helpful staff checked the vehicle - no problems. Ensured I was happy with the whole experience. Happily gave us a lift back to the repair garage. Would I recommend this branch - certainly. Would I use this branch again - without question.
