I’m sharing below my parents review of Chris and his team but also wanted to add that I was visiting my Dad in hospital when Chris and Terri arrived that first day and they were very professional but also so kind and understanding, taking time so that my Dad felt comfortable and able to explain the problems he was having. They also provided me with information on how the mouth changes after a stroke and gave me instructions to pass on the the mouth care team at the hospital to ensure good hygiene while my Dad’s swallowing, mouth, and tongue were all recovering. ******************** As well as there being a great team at ODental since we joined when the practice first opened, we want to thank them for recently ‘going more than the extra mile’ in patient care even above their normal kindnesses and expertise in the treatments we have had there. During my husband’s recent stroke, he was in hospital and having to eat only pureed food; he was ready to proceed to a normal diet but unable to do so as his false teeth no longer fitted correctly owing to changes in his mouth muscles following his illness. Following my call to the surgery to ask for their help, the dentist drove that same day to the hospital about 20 miles away, assessed the problem, took the teeth away and brought them back corrected only two days later. The nurses said they had never before come across such a quickly responsive dentist service. My husband was able to progress faster in his recovery because of their rapid help. This wonderful help has added to our already very favourable impressions of the whole ODental team – the welcome is always good, explanations given are helpful, hygiene treatments and all dentistry have been been successful. I used to be anxious about going to the dentist. I’ve got bad teeth and always need fillings. I’ve recently moved to here because my old dentist retired. I have had my second filling now and it’s so easy and pain free... I’ve fallen asleep while he was doing it. I can’t quite believe it!! The staff are friendly and it’s very clean. I would highly recommend this place. My tip - Leave 5 mins extra for parking.

Chris and his fine team at O Dental epitomise the perfect modern dental practice. The all round experience is one that achieves pleasure and satisfaction within. Clear explanation then perfect execution of treatment accompanied by a calm ,warm and convivial atmosphere matched with joviality and understanding from Chris, Jo, Terri Ann, Jess and Kelly. I eagerly await my next visit and do hope there is more complimentary cake and coffee on offer ( albeit Halloween related).What other dentist offers that !

Just wanted to share my experience at ODental! Changed to this dentist after reading good reviews online. Excellent dentists, nurses are so friendly and welcoming. Chris explained all the treatments and answered all my questions. Couldn't be happier with the service - so happy I made the switch!

I would definitely recommend ODental Care to my friends and family. The appointments weren’t rushed and all my worries got addressed. I get quite nervous before an appointment but I feel very calm and relaxed here. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with other dentists but I’m glad I’ve now found a dentist I can trust. Wonderful team!
