Absolutely fantastic! Start to finish Was an all round positive experience. Prompt and responsive to queries and questions and helpful in finding solutions. Kept me in the loop regarding lead times. Job completed to an exceptionally high standard- very very happy customer! Totally transformed the look of the house. Took care of cleaning up inside and out which was great 👍 Just awaiting price for back of the house now - not even bothering to look elsewhere - this is definitely the company I’ll be getting back! We had a fantastic experience with Framefix, having a new front door fitted. Due to the size of our cottage door we were limited in styles and type. Nick was very patient and went through all available options, creating us a bespoke uPVC door. Couldn’t recommend enough 👍🏻

Framefix installed a composite front door and an UPVC stable style back door to an extremely high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and his team to anyone. Right from the initial meet where Nick measured up and recommended a number of doors going off our requirements through to the actual installation, we were at ease throughout. The process took longer due to the impact of Covid on the supply chain but we had our expectations set and were kept informed throughout. The standard and finish of the installation was excellent and a credit to the high standards they set themselves and the quality of the actual doors is superb. Brilliant service.

I would highly recommend FrameFix Rossendale. My enquiries were dealt with quickly and professionally. I used a door designer they recommended to design what I wanted and check I was happy with it before ordering - which was a really useful tool. The quote I requested was prompt and fair and once I had given the go ahead with my order I was kept up to date on delivery dates etc. The work was completed without delays and to a very high standard. I love my new front door and windows, and and am planning to use FrameFix to gradually replace all my other windows in due course.
