Looks great, bright and spacious, a good range of shops. Shame to see a fair few closing down due to the current pandemic. Hopefully they will be replaced with something better. Could do with some seating areas. Nice link to the market

The Mall Blackburn always has car park space available and is reasonably priced on the pay meter. Great range of major retailers to suit all tastes, brands, quality, price and purchase requirements. The Market Hall is downstairs and convenient to be in the same building with a wide range of traders. You'll probably find everything you need at The Mall Blackburn.
