I joined the practice last year on a recommendation, I wish I had joined years ago. All the staff without exception have been incredibly friendly, professional and expert at putting you at ease. As someone who has had some poor experiences in the past I can't recommend this practice highly enough.
I have been a nhs patient for a long time at this practice . I have been very disappointed with my recent visit as have been told by reception they only treat NHS patient on a Wednesday and they prioritise private patient other days . I have been struggling with a toothache and to cure the pain i had to visit another private surgery ..
I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Soar Valley Dental Practice . I have anxiety about visiting the dentist and today had to have treatment for a cracked tooth. From reception to dentist chair they all had a friendly and calm approach which made me feel at ease and confident that I was in good hands.
Excellent private dentist, Ash provides a 5* service and the environment is comfortable and as relaxing as it could be for a dentist!
I have been seeing the Ash and the guys at Soar Valley Dental Practice for quite a few years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Its a very relaxed environment and welcoming, everyone is friendly, happy and cannot do enough for you. The dentistry is second to none and everything is talked through with you so that you know exactly what is going on. Seriously if you are looking for a new dentist, try them out - you won't be sorry!
