Exceptional practice in every aspect! I’ve been with Carillon Dental Care since the beginning and have always received the best treatment from them. It’s very easy to book appointments and all staff are super friendly. The dentists explain everything and are easily the best around at their job! Would definitely recommend joining this practice. I have been with Carillon for a few years now and I only have positive things to say about this fantastic surgery. I have dealt with many of the dentist/nurses and reception staff there, and they have all been very helpful. The dentist's will always explain the process and what is happening at each of my appointments, which has always put me at ease. I have had a phobia of dentists since I was kid and I can safely say that phobia has now gone! Would 100% recommend this practice!!

I was recommended to go to Carillon by a friend who lives in Loughborough. I was so glad I took her advice. The staff from the reception to the nurse to the dentist were friendly, knowledgable and professional. I would recommend this practice to everyone, it's worth travelling to, to experience how a dentist's should be run.

I can't believe there is an option to give these lots a star! Absolutely horrible service! Should be ashamed of themselves although they never will be because most of those who work in Carillion Dentist practice are happy and proud with their work ethic. They use corona as a reason to not do their job properly. Don't they do the country proud. The work ethic being 'treat you how I want to treat you because you belong to a certain minority background therefore we won't respect you.' Oh and my favourite, 'We are doing the best we can during this stressful time'. As a patient I'm doing my best to also try not to get tooth ace and molar pains but my body can't seem to stop falling ill even in the time of a pandemic!!! So stop making patients feel guilty for your mess ups. Give us our appointments you liars!!! Management also horrid just wants you to zip it and let us do with you as we please. Receptionists are just a group of cowardly workers who put the phone down on you or pretend they can't hear you just so they can cut you off and not have to waste time with you. Save yourself guys, either find another practice or be prepared to fight for your case it is your right at the end of the day!!!

Very friendly and considerate. The Dr and the three others that I had contact with were fantastic. I highly recommend this practice. It is the best dental surgery I have ever had
