I wrongly assumed that my daughter's appointment would be cancelled or postponed. Fortunately they contacted me to remind me about the appointment and when I said she could no-longer make it they allowed my other daughter to attend in her place. Great service and flexibility at a time when dentists are rushed off their feet. Thank you.
Anna is a gentle and professional dentist. The reception staff and nurses are always friendly and welcoming. I usually book an end of day appointment and it is great to be able to park right outside the door. I find their system of text reminders useful too.
I have been a patient at Granby House for nearly ten years and would recommend them.
Fantastic practice before using John Winston I was always a bit scared of dentist but he is brilliant you don't know he is in your mouth. Has for all the rest of the staff they are always welcoming and friendly.
