I have been with this practice many years and during the last three years have had three fillings the first two were on the same tooth and the fillings fell out within days and I didn't bother to have it filled a third time. The last time I went for a check-up in march 2020 they did a filling on another tooth that filling came out five days later. Despite ringing every 4 weeks I not only have not been able to get an appointment but have also had my 6 monthly check up cancelled. Today I rang another dentist and was given an appointment.

Do they still have a receptionist? I’ve been calling to make an appointment but nobody answers the phone or replies to left messages.
